Arrival at the International Airport. Transfer to the accommodation.
Exploring the Red Tsingy of Irodo, we understand why this place is unique in the world. The ground is stained bright red and the laterite formations rise like petrified needles, carved by centuries of wind and rain.
We walk among peaks and gorges, each bend offering a new angle of warm colors, from ochres to pinks, which seem to set the horizon ablaze.
Our adventure through the Emerald Sea turns every moment into a discovery: the scents of the ocean, the warm breeze on your face, and the sight of small islands and deserted beaches dotting the horizon.
The Emerald Sea reveals all its splendor: white sandy beaches and transparent waters in shades of emerald. Here, between the gentle sway of the waves and the distant song of seabirds, every moment invites wonder and contemplation.
A perfect day to relax or for those seeking a deep connection with nature and the sea.
During this day, we will explore the three bays: Sakalava Bay, Bay of the Doves, and Bay of the Dunes, each with its own character and charm.
Along the way, we will enjoy panoramic views of the iconic Sugar Loaf, a conical islet that rises directly from the waters of Diego-Suarez Bay.
The Amber Mountain National Park is one of the most iconic natural treasures in northern Madagascar.
In this environment, the tropical forest displays all its splendor: immense trees, ferns, orchids, and lianas create a deep green and refreshing atmosphere.
The park's trails wind through shaded paths and dense vegetation, leading to spectacular waterfalls and volcanic lakes.
Montagne d'Ambre is also a paradise for wildlife lovers, with extraordinary biodiversity: endemic birds, reptiles, amphibians, different species of chameleons, and lemurs inhabit this unique ecosystem.
A visit to Ankarana is pure adventure, wild nature, and geological discovery: a unique setting where Madagascar reveals one of its most surprising faces.
Famous for its spectacular limestone Tsingy, this karst massif forms a veritable labyrinth of sharp needles, canyons, and rock formations sculpted by time.
Ankarana is also a sanctuary of biodiversity, home to several species of lemurs, endemic birds, and fauna adapted to this unique ecosystem.
During our tour, we will discover a cocoa and vanilla plantation, two of Madagascar's most precious treasures. Walking among the plantations is a sensory experience: the sweet aroma of vanilla, the intense scent of cocoa, and direct contact with the earth bring us closer to the region's agricultural tradition.
A visit that combines culture, nature, and the authentic flavors of Madagascar.
Nosy Komba, known as the “island of lemurs,” is a small volcanic paradise covered in tropical vegetation and surrounded by crystal-clear waters. Its quiet beaches and authentic atmosphere invite you to relax, while local life unfolds at the leisurely pace of the ocean.
During your stay, you can enjoy free time to relax or take part in optional activities such as boat trips to nearby islets, snorkeling in turquoise waters, or encounters with local wildlife.
In season, the sea offers unique natural spectacles: between July and September, you can observe the migration of humpback whales, and between October and November, the impressive whale shark plows through these waters.
A day to enjoy this wonderful paradise and the small islands that surround it.

Traveling in Madagascar
Madagascar is an island larger than Spain, with infrastructure that is very different from what we are used to. Its road network is very limited and the condition of the roads often means that it takes quite a long time to travel between two destinations.
The pace of life in Madagascar is dictated by daylight hours, with the day beginning between 5:00 and 6:30 a.m., when it is dawn or has already dawned, and ending at 6:30 p.m., when it is completely dark and coincides with the local dinner time.
National parks and reserves usually open their doors early, normally between 6:30 and 8:00 a.m., in order to take advantage of the most active time for daytime wildlife, which is usually in the early morning.
We will soon adapt to this Malagasy rhythm, which, although sometimes unusual for us, allows us to make the most of the daylight hours for visits and travel between destinations and to take advantage of the hours of darkness to rest, sleep, and recharge our batteries for the next day.
Passport and Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Madagascar and have at least 3 blank pages.
A visa is required in all cases and can be obtained directly at the international airport upon arrival in the country. The cost depends on the length of your stay in the country.
Currency and Exchange
The country's currency is the Ariary (MGA). In most destinations, it is necessary to pay in cash with local currency, as card payments are not common.
It is possible to exchange money at the international airport and at banks during business hours. In the country's main towns, there are ATMs where you can withdraw money with your credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
International Vaccination Center
No vaccinations are required to enter Madagascar, provided that the traveler is not coming from a country where yellow fever is endemic, in which case only the yellow fever vaccination is necessary. For more information, consult the international vaccination center in your country of origin.
Pharmacies in the country's major cities stock all types of medication, although it is advisable to bring any necessary medication with you from your country of origin.
